Your phone needs to connect to our network.  Please follow these instructions:

For Android Phones:

1. Connect to Wifi.
2. Navigate to your dial paid and type ##72786#, then press Yes.
3. Your device will turn off and back on.
4. Check if WiFi is still on, if not, turn it on.
5. Device should attempt updates and activation. Please allow it to do so.  It should turn off and on once more
6. Call 611 and listen to all of the recordings.  This is required to fully complete your activation.  These recordings will give you your phone number and review other important information.

For iPhones:

1. Connect to wifi (this reset will fail unless you have connected to wifi)
2. Open your dial pad
3. Call ##873283# (##update#)
4. The phone will say Starting Service Update. Select OK to proceed. 
5. Call 611 and listen to all of the recordings.  This is required to fully complete your activation.  These recordings will give you your phone number and review other important information.
