Check if your phone is compatible!

Bring any eligible, inactive Sprint® CDMA compatible device to Access Wireless, and activate it on your Access Wireless account.

Your CDMA device must be a device that:

  • has not had its operating system altered or modified in any way;
  • has met or completed all financial and contractual obligations or commitments with original carrier;
  • has not been reported as lost or stolen, or fraudulently obtained;
  • has the original ESN as assigned by the manufacturer;
  • may need to be unlocked by prior carrier.

To find your ESN/MEID, check under the battery of the device or dial *#06# on your phone.

NOTE: All phones supplied to you by Access Wireless that require SIM cards to function will have a SIM card installed at the time you receive the phone. Replacing the pre-installed SIM card or transferring SIM cards between phones will cause a SIM lock issue and make the phone unusable.
