For Android Phones:

1. Dial ##72786# on your phone's dial pad

2. Press Yes to proceed

3. Your phone will power off and back on

4. Your phone may attempt to run updates / configure services and power off and on once more.

When the reset is complete, make a test call to ensure your phone is working properly.

For iPhones:

1. Call ##873283# (##update#)

2. Select OK to proceed

3. Your phone may power down and back on
